We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases from Home Gallery Interiors. However, should you wish to return an item purchased from us either in-store or online, the following procedures and policies will apply.
In-store Purchases
We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-storeΒ withinΒ 14 daysΒ of purchase dateΒ provided you have your proof or purchase and the returned goods areΒ in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have notΒ been used or damaged.
Made to measure or bespoke items may be returned inΒ exceptionalΒ circumstances (please see below).
Should we accept yourΒ returned item we will issue you with aΒ Credit Note. Please note weΒ do not offer cash refunds.
Online Purchases
If you purchase an item from us online, you may cancel the item prior to delivery or return the item withinΒ 14 daysΒ of delivery for a full refund,Β provided the returned goodsΒ are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have notΒ been used or damaged.Β Special order, made to measure or bespoke items may not beΒ returned inΒ exceptionalΒ circumstances (please see below). To make a return please email [email protected]
You will however be responsible for any postage / courier charges to return the item.Β
Please ensure to use appropriate packaging as only items that reachΒ us in perfect condition will be accepted as returns. Once the item has been returned we will review it and once approved a refund will be issued. Please allow 28 days for the money to be refunded to your account.
Special Orders and Made to Measure or Bespoke Items
InΒ exceptionalΒ circumstances, we may agree to accept the return of a special order (non-stock items) and made to measure or bespoke items.
For orders of special orders (non-stock items) and made to measure or bespoke items ordered in-store a 50% deposit is required to secure that order. Should we agree to accept the cancellation of your order we reserve the right to keep part of your deposit.
For online salesΒ of Special Order (non-stock items) and made to measure items or Bespoke items, that we agree to accept as a return, we reserve the right to withhold up to 30% of the value you paid to purchase the item.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If you receive an item from us that is faulty or defective, please contactΒ our Customer Service Department immediately at [email protected]Β We will ensure toΒ remedy the situation for you as soon as possible.
